• Judges' Information: Full names and profile photos
• Contestants' Information: Full names and age group (if applicable)
• Device Information (via Firebase): Device identifiers, crash logs, app performance data

We do not collect sensitive information such as location, contact details, or financial data.

2. Use of Data

The data is used solely to:

• Manage live voting and scoring
• Synchronize the contest process among judges and hosts
• Display judge and contestant information during the event
• Monitor and improve app performance (via Firebase)

3. Data Retention

Data is stored only as long as necessary to operate the event. After the event concludes, data may be archived or securely deleted.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our app may involve participants under the age of 13. We do not collect personal contact information or allow interaction with minors. All data is limited to contestant names only, used solely for organizing battles and scoring. If you believe we have collected data from a child inappropriately, please contact us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with any third parties except:

• Firebase by Google: used for crash reporting and diagnostics. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

We do not serve ads or use third-party marketing services.

6. Your Rights

You may request to:

• View the data we store about you
• Request data deletion
• Request corrections to incorrect data
